Due to the voluntary structure of our association, our work is flexible and independent. In order to enable participation in our projects almost completely free of costs for the participants and organizers, we are glad to welcome diverse partners and supporters on our side.

 

The organization, implementation and financing are based on a common dialogue between all parties involved. Through this multi-level, democratic and equal exchange, we can ensure an organization free of any influence at every stage of our work. Mutual financing of youth exchanges is an inescapable condition for equal dialogue.

The association is still funded to more than ¾ of public funds. The other part comes from business, participant and member funds and donations.
